Pricing questions
Why start with a one-time fix?
Most of the work is up front: categories, services, hours, photos, duplicates. You pay once for that, see the result in your own numbers, and then decide if monthly care is worth it to you.
Do I have to sign up for monthly care?
No. Plenty of owners take the fix and run it themselves after. If you want us to keep it up, Growth or Premium starts the next month.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move between Growth and Premium at the start of any month.
What if I cancel?
Give 7 days' notice and we stop. Your profile stays exactly as it is, and it's still yours. We remove ourselves as Manager.
Do you charge per location?
Yes. Each Google profile is its own fix and its own plan. If you have two or more locations, ask and we'll quote it in writing.
How do I pay?
By invoice, sent by email. Details are in the written agreement before anything starts.
